Andrew Maya, 24 year-old Network Manager has been with Ksandria since December of 2010. In his three years of employment he has excelled from part time Affiliate Manager, to full time Account Manager, and now Network Manager who oversees and/or manages all affiliates and advertiser accounts. Andrew’s dedication to helping affiliates succeed along with his extreme work ethic is seen by everyone who has ever worked with him. Andrew’s strong communication skills, rapid response time around the clock, and attention to detail are three of his best qualities which enable him to scale affiliates from $50 a day to $5000 while maintaining profitability for all parties involved and keeping our advertisers begging for more.

Alexandra Fredericks AKA “Alex” is a 25 year old Head Account Executive and is in charge of all Affiliate Approvals. She began her career with Ksandria as a graphic designer who worked to design landing pages and creative material for affiliates and advertisers. After learning more about the industry each day behind the scenes, Alex expressed a desire to take on more responsibility and become an Account Manager. As soon as she was given this opportunity, she quickly thrived in her new position. She has a thorough understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, and most importantly understands what is necessary for success. Alexandra has proven to be a significant asset to the Ksandria team, and has grown her affiliate's revenues significantly since she became the Head Account Executive of Ksandria. Alex has shown incredible determination and continues to grow within Ksandria daily, just like her affiliates revenues.

Daniel Fradella is the 18 year old offers manager of Ksandria. He is currently attending Bentley College near Boston, MA for marketing and advertising. Daniel is currently in charge of bringing offers into Ksandria in a quick and efficient manner. Ksandria is constantly focused on improving our offer base and bringing on the best offers for our affiliates. Daniel is the man who makes this process happen as quickly as possible!
